I’m getting mine out next month and I’m nervous about the anesthesia, do you recommend just closing your eyes when they put the stuff in the IV? I feel like that’s less weird than falling asleep with your eyes open lol

yes definitely close your eyes!! i had meant to bring headphones to distract myself with music but i forgot, but that could help too as you fall asleep!

Got all 4 of mine removed on 5/20! Slowly getting better! I had 2 impacted ones so my recovery is a little longer. Ugh I just want to eat regular food

It's always interesting for me to see how most people seem to have such an experience. When I removed my wisdom teeth I only got local anesthesia, I never felt any pain, had no swelling whatsoever and no recovery time. I ate solid fight right after the surgery XD

I am getting my wisdom teeth out and I’m nervous too. I’m afraid of the dentist I don’t know why but I am. It’s just like getting your teeth clean and you don’t feel anything. But I have been having headaches that’s why I have to get my teeth pulled out. The dentist has to pull my teeth that don’t belong there. Once I get my wisdom teeth out I hope this experience will go good. I hope my recovery will go by fast. Hopefully on day 3 or day 4 I hope I’ll feel a little bit better. I can have soft foods like apple sauce or mashed potatoes or something. But I’ll use an ice pack to put on my face to help the swelling go down.

I got mine removed today, still on anesthesia, my upper wisdom teeth grew close to my cheek and was touching the nerve causing my eye to twitch, idk how long after the Twicth will go away but the first time i removed the right side was worse than this time... So never get scared once its done, you just concentrate on healing part💚💚💚💚
