Back in April, I got off the couch, and I went on an adventure. I hopped a plane from Ontario, Canada, and flew to Ireland, my first time ever flying and my first time ever visiting Ireland. Was so awesome exploring abroad. Met so many nice people from different races, religions, etc. Can't wait for my next adventure abroad.

Artificial lures prices are insane. Stockpile an insane amount of fishing hooks, swivels, and line (always in demand for trading in remote places) and make everything else. Fluorescent pinks, blues, along with chartouse greens are your primary colors. Any raw meat for bait. Learn the uni-knot. Consider handlines (kiss). A little late, but old-school Penn reels (senators, jig masters, 209's, and 309's) are simple to maintain and easy to get parts (lots of interchangeability). My personal opinion to to target a fish size that can be eaten in a meal or two and forget long-term freezing.

Doug the next time you need to syphon from the 55 gallon tank just push the hose into the 55 gal drum as far as you can and then cover the end with your thumb. Pull the hose to where you want to drain to and release your thumb. No more diesel mouthwash. If that is too far or not possible. You could put a quarter turn valve on the end and do the same close the valve and pull to where you need to drain it open valve.

Stick a longer length of hose all the way into the barrel and fill the hose. Cover the end with your thumb. Pull it out fast and put the covered end of the hose below the level of the fuel in the barrel and un-cover the end of the hose and the fuel will begin siphoning. All you are dong either way is filling the hose. If you don't have a long enough hose, you can just push it in, cover and pull out, uncover, stick back in really quick and fill the hose that way and then put it beneath the level of the barrel. Much better (and a lot easier with a little practice) than mouth siphoning which will eventually end up with a mouth or fuel or soap and that will sometimes end up with some swallowed.

Service members swear an oath to uphold the constitution which is about individual liberty. It wouldn't make any sense for a Hindi American to join the service if the service were to uphold your specific beliefs over theirs. The freedom to practice religious beliefs or non-religious beliefs are what makes the US truly free. That's why the Hindi, Muslim, Jew, and so on join. If it were an oath to serve a specific god or gods then the rights of others are trampled on fullstop.

You know about that $10 device you fix to the end of the pipe, shake it up a couple of times and it starts your siphoning without having to suck it up. No motor, no electronic, no pump per se. I don't know the name, but I have seen a couple of channels using it to siphon gas in their off road vehicles.

I bought one at Tractor Supply. It is a plastic hose with a short piece of copper tube on the end with a glass marble trapped between two crimps. Jogging it up and down in a fuel can will start a siphon in short order.
