Not a prank idea... you guys are far too good at great scenarios... but a rather a suggestion for SOME cases as on the bus... instead of saying 'Yeah I saw you 40 minutes ago' which is o...k... as it makes them for a brief moment question their meaning of 'time'... I feel 'Dude I've never seen you before in my life' would make them question the meaning of their existance and in a gruff tone would be the complete opposite of their previous encounter with the more pleasant time traveling entity Marko. JMHO

I used to have Twinn friends. It was always a wild experience when one of them used to come around when a party was happening. People didn’t realize they were talking to the other twin earlier and now it’s the other one. If you were new to the group, or never knew them, people would freak out when one was sitting at the bonfire and the other snuck in and sat somewhere else.
