Sometimes I would jack knife the trailer so I could climb up the headache rack and climb across. I didn't have those "new" shiny headache racks with the doors on them. Gotta love it when they leave just after loading you.

How did you get the tarp on top of the load?

My first week was last week an I got a load of lumber on Friday that was set up exactly like this, I started to use the dunnage to step up on the side but I figured it move, but I climbed on the catwalk an used the X strap to get on the side an used a 4 inch strap to help me get over on the top.
