Zoe, I feel you on the soda. For me, it’s often out of sight, out of mind. But from a young age, I’ve loved coke icees from gas stations. Now that I work full time, it is a ritual to get one during my lunch break on Fridays to celebrate getting through the week 😂

Sometimes I wonder if most skincare works as long as you are consistent but ppl favor expensive skincare bc they dont wanna have their money wasted so they might be more likely to follow a consistent routine. I suck at following any skincare routine 😅

Honestly, I’ve learned that our skin doesn’t need a lot. My life changed when a few years ago, I found a few (4 max) products that my skin loved and stuck with them. 1 face scrub that doubles as a cleanser, 1 toner, 1 moisturiser and never using the same towel on my face twice without washing. My face needs nothing more than that. Since simplifying my routine, my face has thrived, acne disappeared, eczema is under control and it would take a panel of God’s angels to get me to try something new on my face at this point.

Have you crate trained Maggie? Maybe it would help if she's crated while you're gone. My dog likes his - he goes in by himself to chill there! I'm not a dog expert my any means I just got my first dog a few months ago. Good luck - some parts of dog ownership can be tough but you got this! 🍀 Also try Pepsi real sugar 👀

Oh no, if you really understood how bad coke (and soda drinks in general) is for you you’d literally never have another one in your life … so surprised at how healthy and aware you are of your body and health but drink it.
