I love it. This reminds me of the good old days with my Uncles and my Dad. They would drag vehicles out of the woods and it always gave me that warm chill when I heard them run again.

Back in the early 50s, My uncle Bill had a Chevy panel truck about that age. Lived in a small rural town. He worked for the Otter Tail power company. He would drive down the highways going 10- 15 miles per hours. You noticed everything.

Great '48 love this year on Chevrolet!! , plus she looks to have all her trim , fleet lines were custom rite off the line with that fast back / flowing back ..I had a 49 with a crazy horn too..I pulled the wheel and it was a bare wire shorting out ...these as you may know make great street rods ...but I love how she sounds when you're shifting threw the gears ..and looks like she has get up and go , just found out you're going to be on cable ..Great I will be looking forward to your show !!.. I'm here in Michigan so need to get a bit warmer to work on my 66 dodge dart convertsble..needs love ( haha ). Chad you've got great down to earth videos and I'm a fan sir !! My dad had one of them Fleetwood wen we were kids in New Brunswick I remember standing in the back seat and him going drinking in the backroads in sackville about 55 years ago wen you could drink and get away with it I’d stand on the seat he told me he’d push in the clutch and I’d shift it I don’t remember that but remember driving tractor to the dump lol it’s some pretty country haven’t been back for a quite a few years lots of memories looking at that old car I’ve been trying to figure out were your at I know you are 10 min from Moncton.?
