My favorite part about the bronze bit is that you literally don’t lose rp in bronze, in case people who don’t play don’t know that There are always people who truly don’t know stuff like that (see: “is this guy really in bronze?”)

I mean in Apex you get don't lose ladder points when you are in bronze. So you can get last place 0 kills in 100 games and then get a kill in 1 you still go plus in bronze.

God, PC fps is just the biggest curve. Anyone from a 12 year old on their dads office computer to a 20-30 something on a hardcore gaming rig.

Higher refresh rates makes this kind of stuff way easier to do. 144 frames is a huge step up from the usual 30-60 fps you get locked with on console.

That first game was so full of kill stealing by seagull, he dealt like 11 to 20 damage to down so many players that his teammates were melting.

@Tyler Frost Given that you gain sr based on eliminations, killstealing has tangible downsides to your teammates. I don't play ranked at all but from what I've heard the assists tracker is somewhat inconsistent. Also its not as if seagull was doing it spitefully, but either way it's kind of sad to see his teammates bringing them so low just to get the Elim snatched away so many times. Edit: On a side note, while it doesn't apply in this scenario, quite a few team based games require coordination with regards to dealing damage. Sometimes if you know your teammate can handle the situation it's better for you to not attack the enemy. (building ult in ow for example) The fact that you can't recognize such situations shows a lack of understanding or exposure to the genre.

@@LeCatization you are wrong, you get Points for both eliminations and assists equally. Assist happens if you did damage to the person even if you don't get the finishing blow So doesn't matter

Iron 4 is the lowest possible rank in League of Legends. It was added for players who are below Bronze.

not real hard now is it ? previous season i started playing ranked for the first time , got to silver in a couple days , the next couple of days i was in gold , the week after i was in platinum , two weeks+ to get to platinum wasn't hard at all without a team i mind you , just playing on my own with randoms every match , and without a mic in platinum though , you really need a team to get ahead , i stopped there because people just kept dying in 5 seconds and you're standing there alone with this map changing crap , every ranked player is public , so now public is more like being thrown to the wolves , with ranked players from every high rank is in there , public needs some kind of ranking system too , to avoid this , it just sucked the fun right out the game ranked players don't have patience either , so they just leave when they die i'm sitting more and more in the lobby now , then gameplay game is just f*cked beyond belief since that map changing crap certainly now kings canyon is made smaller , there are 2-3 of these ranked teams on your head before you can say , f*ck here we go again , back to the lobby ps : you're actually pretty good in game sense , a lot better then i've come across
