How enlightening and powerful this video is! " Nobody is really held back in life by reality, we are only ever held back by the thoughts we lived, by making something up and responding to it as if it is real." Thanks so much, Michael and Carolyn. It also reminded me of what Bryon Katie said: "The reality is always kinder than your thinking."

Michael Neill is wonderful, patient and about d.love..directing us to see the falsehood of thoughts and to just turn up and listen to inner wisdom. Very divine work.

one of the most real and impactful sessions I witnessed. I love the TV and what's on your plate analogy too. Thank you .

Probably the most helpful video I've seen this year (from anyone). Thank you Carolyn and Michael! I love the analogy of the tv in the bar and not just because I'm a fan of craft beer. Carolyn, I wish you all the best - you are lovely and engaging -not surprising at all that people are gravitating to what you have to offer.

Regarding thoughts : "not caring what you think about it is not so hard" ...."do whatever you want, you just don't have to listen"
