If not for bad luck, I would have no luck at all. I'm now a month behind my goals. It is now almost October and nothing new has been done. I need to get the cars fixed 1st. Both cars the same day and about a half hour apart. 1st car broke, then 2nd car broke too. We then spend the last 2 weeks cleaning out the garage. 23 years of stuff has filled it. Now that is almost done I have a place out of the sun to work on the cars. Temps over 115F this summer were not helping any either. Sweet ride Eric! I know what it means when other projects and other stuff gets in the way. Best of luck and the railroad will be there when you overcome those obstacles. - Jason

Looks like you have your own barn find, and content for a new channel. Good luck with the car repairs

Hang in there. You have your priorities in order. I lived in the Salt River Valley for 61 of my 69 years. Moved to Prescott Valley to escape the heat among other things. Also ASU alum, class of 1977.

Thanks, I have lived in Tempe, Mesa all my life other than the 6 years I was in the NAVY.

We had an AC repair quickly after the washing machine started leaking and needed to ultimately be replaced. The universe never gives you one of these things at a time; it is always two or more! hang in there.

Not a big deal but all at the wrong time, Like you when your backup for your backup all break at the same time. Wife shower broke, get up in the morning to fix it and find water on the kitchen floor. Seems the garbage disposal cracked on the bottom, but the dish washer did not know that and pumped out all over the floor. So it was a two fer :) I still need to get the kids to and from school etc. So when both cars die at the same time it sucks :) :) :) but I will be fine. Thanks.

I hear that. Every Sunday we figure out the da Vinci code of who has what leg of what kids drive or sports activity, combined with work commitments and the semblance of a social life we try and maintain. If it weren’t for late night model railroading, I’d do none at all! Hang in there my friend!

Hate having vehicle trouble. I’m a Mopar guy. That Duster has a lot of potential!

Has, it did, I will bring it back again, This will be around the 3rd time over the 30 something years that I have owned the car

My Dad had a 74 Gold Duster. But it was a straight 6. Sorry that you are having issues with the cars. Been there myself. Patiently waiting for the next videos. Until next time.

I'm not sure why someone would order a Gold Duster and then get the Slant 6. but some people do it that way. Thanks

Besides being a Model Railroader, I'm a Huge Mopar Fan! I have had Quite a few A and B Bodies over the Years. Currently I have a 65 Dodge Coronet. I would really be interested to see videos of the work Your gunna do to the Duster. Even if You make another channel just for that. I saw You comment on a Mopar channel the other day. I just can't remember which one.

I have another channel for my VW 'AzBaja' (I have not posted on it for some time, this was my site before IMRROcom) I post sometime on one of the A Body or Duster/Valiant sites. I will not get around to the Duster for another year, next October I hope. Next project is to bring the VW Baja back to life. I have not driven that car from around 2016 or so. Now that the kids are older, I can do more things with the cars. I see you have been following IMRROcom for 12 years... that is crazy.

PCM arrived for the Jeep today, Just installed it, Jeep is alive and starts up like a champ now. Needs a new ALT as it shows an open field winding. But the Jeep is still all OEM parts (I re did all the cooling system 2 years ago, so that is not OEM any more) from the day the Jeep came off the line, granted the car is 24 years old at this point. Thanks

Sorry for your luck, that's why I stay away from any Dodge products, why because in the 60s I was a mechanic and hated them and Fords. GM all the way. I know the lovers will be all over me but I bet they never worked on them. I have.

You are talking about cars that are 24 and 15 years old that have been running perfect for many many years. :)
