motionVFX won't even respond to you. They gave an additional three months to all of their long-time customers, and now they’re offering free months with the purchase of other plugins. While MotionVFX does create great plugins, and I understand that the subscription model is becoming more common, the way they’ve treated their loyal customers is just shameful. You can see how they’ve reacted or commented on most of the other comments, yet your comment, which is at the top, has received no response. Unfortunately, I am heavily invested in MotionVFX. I’m writing this because it feels wrong to see a company that I’ve held in high regard show such disregard for their loyal customers.

For those having issues with the plugin not drawing a mask, here's what I've found: your video fps and resolution MUST be the same as your project's fps and resolution. If they're different, put your video in a compound clip and track the compound clip instead of the original vid. Also, thanks for the awesome plugin!

I have an M3 MacBook Air and it's not letting me draw the mask. This never happened with my MacBook Air m1. It's super weird, please help. I tried this method, and also tried it with just a picture, I don't know the issue.

mRotoAI works well in George's examples, because he's wearing a round cap. But my testing has suggested, that when masking things like whispy hair, the plugin needs further development. So, I find it very useful in some ways, but not yet in others. Still one of the best on the market though (for videos).

The blur and shrink expand options are not quite as effective as feather on a draw mask. Kind of leaves us with a harsh shape for the mask.
