You are NOT too old for all of this business, and it will keep you young. I think I’ve watched most of your videos and find them extremely helpful (as a newer back yard fig grower and living in zone 9b of SoCal). Bought my first cuttings from you last year and am so glad you will be selling again this year. I’ve already got a mental list going. Thanks for all of your knowledge that you share in your videos.

I'm in zone 7A. And I'm very interested in even more of your cuttings. I have one cold hardy one from Pennsylvania on your website. What would you say your most cold-hearty variety is?

I have very little experience with that but Saint Martin has reports as being very cold hardy.

How are cuttings washed/sanitized? I got a cutting this year (not from yall)that molded on me and didn’t survive. Thanks for all you do!

We rinse off and then dip in a solution of StorOx for 2 minutes and then let air dry.

How cold do you get in winter Harvey?

FYI, Portugal is on our list for 2027. Scotland 2026. Yellowstone and surrounding area this year.

Usually we have a few days of 28-30F. This week is colder than normal with every day having lows in the 30s. In Madeira, the coldest we've had the past two winters was 49F.
