He'd solo damn near every killer, he's fought thousands upon thousands of infected who can sprint and are capable a beating you to death with their bare hands. The common infected can kill other commons with their bare hands, and commons can often sustain multiple body shots from rifles, pistol, and even shotgun at a certain range, meaning the common infected would have to be capable of at least punching as hard as a pistol round on the low end which would put most people down in one hit lead alone the survivors tanking multiple hits, so Bill could already tank multiple hits from most and come out unscathed, but when we look at the special it's just becomes just plain unfair to basically all DBD killers. All Special infected can one shot commons meaning they would at least have to output the force of a sniper round or Shotgun shell, they are also capable of falling from insanely high places and live, most specials can take multiple rounds including grenade launcher shots and the survivors can one shot most of them with a melee weapon meaning they would logically have to output an equal amount of force as a direct grenade launcher shot, not to mention them being able to swing forever and dismember hordes of these extremely durable commons. Almost no killer in game could withstand that type of punishment, and could not even dish out enough punishment before their on the ground dead, we don't even need to bring the Tank into this as it's already a stomp for Bill, but just to add insult to injury we will the Tank can easily take multiple rounds from a .50 caliber mounted machine gun with seemingly no effect, multiple grenade launcher rounds and only stumbling a bit, and the survivors can kill a Tank with about 10 melee hits, The survivors can also take hit from the Tank who can one shot any special meaning he's have to hit far beyond the impact of a .50 caliber mounted machine gun and Grenade launcher, he can also effortlessly throw rubble, cars etc. any normal human would just explode with one hit so the survivors and as an extension Bill far outclass almost every killer in game and would absolutely embarrass them.
