Heyy.. u have to unlock Van character in the game by gifting Harvess Goddess 30 gifts in 30 different days. He will open pet shop at the Plaza on the 15th of every season. He sells different kind of pet every season. Spring: cat, summer: penguin, fall: dog, winter: capybara. Make sure you get a sunny day on the 15th
