Maybe it hasn't been a multiple of ten, for the test, save before entering the store, then buy one, then go home and sleep, if you haven't got the mail, load save before, buy 2 then go home and sleep, then do it until you get mail

Yes like what Muhammad Rivaldi said, u need to find out how many transactions u have done so far by doing that trick. 1. Save in popultry farm. 2. Do 1 transaction. 3. Go home and sleep. 4. Check the mailbox. 5. If you dont find the item, load back the data. Repeat the steps, but do 2 transactions this time. If you still cant find it, repeat the steps, but do 3 transactions. Keep doing this until u find the item

You gotta reset. Buy 1 then save the game sleep and see if it works. If not go back to your saved file and buy 2 times and save sleep and do it all ober again until it works
