I enjoy making Korean savory pancakes. It's super cheap and easy to make too. The only ingredients needed are: need flours, water, a bit of sesame oil, and a large handful of minced scallions or minced chives. Mix all ingredients together to form a batter. Make your pancakes and dip in a 2:1 soy sauce and white vinegar sauce. 😋

Bless your little soul and garters! I was starting to make fishcakes when your video began. You whipped up a mix, a batter, and three different kinds of pancakes, cooked and served, not to mention ate, faster than I got my first fishcakes in the pan. I need some of that KZbin magic! BTW, great video as always, Frankie, thanks.

I know I asked before, but I'm gonna ask again. You mention Sage being a perennial. Can you do a video on herbs? ie, grow from cuttings or regrowing?
@Arkylie6 жыл бұрын
oooh, I'd love to see a special -- not even with recipes! -- that tackles the best way to get regrowables from different foods. Like, I know that you can regrow avocados from the pits, but they usually mold over for us. I know you can regrow pineapple from the top, but that hasn't really led anywhere useful for us either (maybe the house is too cold? is there a small greenhouse thing you could do?). We've had potatoes and carrots sprout greens, and mostly we bury them in the yard and hope maybe we'll see something later, but generally they just mold and turn to goo as well. And I'd like to grow mushrooms, but whenever I price kits, they're roughly the same as buying the mushrooms in the store, and they don't appear to regrow after the first batch, so why bother? Maybe some more specific instructions on how to manage these (and which zones work for them -- we're in the Pacific Northwest, which is fairly temperate if I understand things right, but does get snow) we could improve our Struggles by actually putting these remnants to use!
