Great piece of software . I've been doing electronics for over half a year and I'm so glad that I stumbled upon this

Thank you for going through a circuit! I got a breadboard kit and it's hard to find beginner circuits to practice, I'm really a complete beginner but I'm getting more familiar each day, I don't exactly understand compactors or transistors so I'll learn those next

I think the speed is great, even though I'm fairly new to circuits and didn't understand some bits. Anyone trying to follow along will have to pause the video, no matter how slow it is. This speed lets everyone be comfortable, so long as they realize they can just go back and watch a part again, really easily.

How are you with circuits now?

@@jikosauce I haven't spent much energy on them so I'm probably not much better.

CircuitLab rocks ! I also found an interesting alternative - docircuits , this has real looking devices and components. Still early though.

When you get a URL of your circuit you can share with others can they run the simulation or are they only allowed to view it?

Can you define your own components (e.g. more transistor types with their own parameters)? Can you hierarchically nest circuits?

Started "free", then wanted email/password, 10 minutes later, wanted $$$$$. I don't mind paying if I like it, but 10 minutes tinkering time? Not enough. Guy below is correct: bait and switch.

is there a way to make custom things for like examples when making a real circuit but it doesn't have the piece you need? You can define what it does and stuff or that just not a thing

hm... I wrote a similar program using C#. I developed it for a contest. It can work with resistors, capacitors and inductors. It uses "the method of nodal potentials". I'm 18 years old.)

Is this a nerd kit? I see in your caption; 'suite of electronic design tools' and in the narrative it jumps right into building an application. It is not readily apparent, how this vid relates to NerdKits. Perhaps an intro describing what CircuitLab is and how it may be useful for the electronics portion of a NerdKit project. cheers, ~wiggy

Another suggestion, narrative is nice but too quick. It is probably the right speed for someone already familiar with circuit simulators. However as a tutorial, it is way too fast for a hobbyist to follow. Perhaps you may elect to keep this as the quick synopsis and have a 2nd one for detailed. tutorial. always enjoy your vids, ~wiggy
