Getting Started with compute.rhino3d for Python

In this video I'm explaining how you can get started with the new experimental service from McNeel called compute.rhino3d which you can access to rich Rhino's geometrical functions through REST API using Python.

Thank you, Mr Horikawa, for the detailed tutorial. It seems that the using "model.Objects.AddCurve(b_curve)" works now rather than using "rhino3dm.CommonObject.Decode()" to decode the booleaned curves, and when printing out the booleaned curves, they are shown as rhino3dm objects rather than json objects now.

Thanks! One question though - what if I have an existing Rhino geometry generated in Grasshopper that I want to use? Is running the code through Hops the only way?

I want to run an optimization process and I need to automate mesh making without opening rhino. I plan to use Rhino script. However, I can't carrying out surface mesh in the rhino payton script. Whst is the way out please?

Dear Junichiro, thanks for sharing the workflow. However, I'm unable to install the package compute-rhino3d via neither Pycharm nor Pip. I posted the error i got in Rhino forum: discourse.mcneel.com/t/unable-to-install-compute-rhino3d-via-pip/92008 Hope you can kindly advise.
