Custom roms are always special. Problem is we should spend time on it to explore it further. Sometimes tweaking further can tale the phone into bootloop. Should be prepared for all these. There are many new roms around and few are very interesting and the main reason is rom developers are too young and the mods added are crazy 😮. Currenta - Pixel experience - Pixel OS - Rising OS - Project exlir etc.. All these looks even better with options. We have many de Googled versions as well ❤

I used Lineage OS as my primary device OS for almost 3 years (2018 to 2021) in Lenovo P2.. That phone had great hardware, but Software support was pathetic (1 to 2 years of security).. Appo learn panni install pannadhu dhaan Lineage OS, but I used with Google Play Services and Google Apps (Google service illama enakku phone use panradhu romba romba kashtam)... It was exciting to format, Unlock the bootloader and install an entire OS within minutes.. romba periya developer level ku feel irukkum.. ❤❤❤ This OS helped me extend my phone usage to 5 years... Even now, after my current phone (1+ 9R) software support ends, I will switch to Lineage OS and continue using my phone until it finally gives up..

yes bro im using redmi note 8 pro, which was running a little bit slow on MIUI and MI stopped the support. I was facing lots of heating and battery draining so fast. I like got the guts to install the pixel experience rom and now like my phone runs like so and im so satisfied with it. the issues are: I cant use the MI 64mp camera or camera mode and for the alternate im using 3 gcam apps.

While accessing the storage in TWRP, all my data became encrypted. I used a pendrive with OTG cable to flash the custom rom itself. So do it on ur own risk.

Lineage OS, Resurrection Remix, Pixel Experience, etc and TWRP ❤ are all a great relief to Mi users who hated MIUI like me. Flashed my Redmi Note 4 within months of buying while in college. Uploaded few videos regarding those in my channel in those days😂. Those sleepless nights were definitely worth it. Mi didn't void the warranty on unlocking the bootloader, which was a plus point.

When i was studying..i thought to install custom rom ..my friend was afraid to do...and i took courage..to do..i learned about custom rom,twrp,bootloader,fastboot, recovery and roms....The first time i tried...my phone went in to recovery mod..i got afraid 😢...but i didnt give up..and i even bricked many phones ..but atlast i learned all sort of tools,sdk tool,flash tools..and i became expert in unlocking mobiles......and i brought back all my bricked mobiles back to normal...😅sweet memories❤😢....
