Amazing! But we could import this in Unreal Engine ?

Reallusion needs to keep EASY OPERATION in mind and make sure that there are not a Bunch of Steps involved that make it Much Easier and Much Cheaper to just do the Animation yourself! MD is a Hot Mess in my opinion.. I could do all this stuff by Hand well before you finished this video!

But could you do it for 100 or more characters in a crowd sim? all walking around the scene, interacting with objects? That is most likely the main application for this system, not for animating a single characters interactions

This is a great tool. Will there be "adventure" interaction tools/motions in the future. Such as sword fighting/pistol/rifle actions?

My question is can this be used with UE5, most things here lately are geared towards being able to transfer the characters and animation to software like UE5. While I do not mind the number of steps / complication to using these new tools in Iclone 8.5, how about showing me how this can be transfered and useful in UE5.5

Hi @denisehartman1059, The performance of MD Props in iClone can indeed be transferred to Unreal Engine using the Unreal Live Link functionality. However, the interaction and underlying mechanism of MD Props are exclusive to iClone. For more details on how Unreal Live Link works, you can check out this link: courses.reallusion.com/home/iclone/pipelines/unreal-live-link?keyword=Unreal+Live+Link+1.3&v=getting-started-with-iclone-unreal-live-link-1-3-|-unreal-live-link-tutorial

This is cool but there is no way we're going to remember all the steps we need to do to make something work properly.

I thought they finally incorporated assigning animations to Mesh Points on terrains and props, but unfortunately I was wrong..
