Hey I couldn't find the Motion Director in the current iClone 8 explorer, does it have a new title?

Hello, is it possible to put our own custom animations inside the behaviour manager? Or do we have to buy pre made packs with pre made combinations? Thank you
@a.p.20182 жыл бұрын
Yes you can but I think you need to do it beforehand because these work with presets. For example you grab a zombie walk and you did your own twist to it, you added that beforehand and then added into this stage of animation. kzbin.info/www/bejne/nqLLZGyeq8Rlb68

awesome. is there a way to use walk cycles from the main iMotion packs to control your character. like say the walking while talking on the phone from Spunky Moves?

I wondering if with this mod we are allowed to perform cinematic shots for rendering? I saw you can record the movements but how we can get cinematic using motion director?

Just upgraded to this version and while this looks very good, I’m still trying to wrap my head around it in terms of application. Would I use this to somehow export to unreal engine five in regards to my main characters movements? I currently in Iclone have three movements for example. Idle, walk and run. I’m able to blend all of those three in the unreal engine blend space. Using this motion Director aspect from IClone eight, how does that implement into this workflow?

Would anyone recommend iClone over Cinema 4d for animations with lots of characters? How's the interface speed? Also, can iRay produce results as good as Redshift or Octane?

Hi @akrammd9149, This issue shouldn't occur when applying consecutive motions to a character. Please ensure the Align Position and Direction option is activated in the timeline panel (or under ""Animation > Auto Motion Alignment""). You can refer to this video at 00:31 mark for more details: courses.reallusion.com/tw/home/iclone/character-motions?v=iclone-8-tutorial-motion-correction-for-footstep-and-handprint Additionally, you can align the motion after applying all motions. There are two methods: 1) Right-click on the second motion in the ""timeline > Align > Align to L"" or ""R"" foot. 2) Use the Motion Direction Control panel to align different motions. Check out the following tutorial at 01:49 mark: courses.reallusion.com/tw/home/iclone/character-motions?v=iclone-8-tutorial-motion-direction-control-basic-motion-editing-2

That’s nice 'n all, but these kinds of brief overviews don't qualify as tutorials at all. There's always so many parameters to take into account which results in getting completely lost in any real world scenario. These videos here are featurettes, good enough to illustrate some basic functions, but totally useless as a reference guide. Also, iclone8 is out for some time now. How is it that Reallusion is always months behind in getting out the knowledge on how to use them dandy features

As a company that charges for everything, why your tutorials have millions of KZbin ads? Every min, two ads pop up. That's very shameful for a company to monetize their KZbin. No wonder, no one is keen to watch or purchase your products.
