Thank you for remaining to be a great tutor for the beginner, even as your product becomes more lovely and sophisticated. You were the first tutor for me, and opened a world of possibilities and I really appreciate it.

Brillliant. I love simple solutions. I knew your "same size" method, but not the graduated sizes. Very helpful!

This is a good way to do it for sure. I make a lot of different things that require multiple things of equal size [other than beads] and I use a very small digital scale [battery operated]I ordered from wish for $8. That was a couple of years ago and I've only placed batteries in once so far. Works great!

This is a great idea. The other day I pulled out two bead roller sets I had bought and used the little cups for measuring and I could never figure out how to roll them because it seemed like they didn’t have enough clay to even roll correctly. So I just rolled them in my hands. Thanks Samantha!

Another method for graduated beads - using one cutter - rll clay thickly, cut shapes, then roll clay a bit thinner, cut more, and then roll very thin for the third size. Works best with a pasta machine, but can be done carefully by hand.

Be smart enough to begin with the exact same amount of clay. Obvious, but I wouldn’t think of it myself. Thanks, Samantha.

What’s the best way to drill your beads. I use a hand drill but can’t seem to get the holes straight. Love your tutorials!

I find the hand drill still the best way to drill. However it takes a lot of practice to get the hole straight.

How do you bake them so that they don’t flatten on one side?

Hi Samantha, I am from Sudan, we r here at the very beginning stage of practicing polymer clay art, with nearly no materials available (sanction and poor country). I need your advise on the proper glue to stick our work to mugs, frames,... Etc. The resin which comes in small tubes is not good enough, we don't have the E-6000. Any alternatives, please?

I wouldn't put polymer clay onto mugs as if those mugs are put into a microwave or oven, the clay will burn. As for what glue to use check out this article. thebluebottletree.com/best-glue-for-polymer-clay/

Hi Sam when I add canes to my equal size beads how can I cut the canes to keep the beads equal? I am not very good at cutting canes equally. Thanks Angie
@JessamaTutorials3 жыл бұрын
That's a tricky one. Unless you can cut the slices even, there really is no way to keep the beads equal. Try slice practicing on a solid block of clay. That way you don't waste canes while practicing.

Hi!!! I have a question, why after I bake my beads they cracked open, what It’s wrong??? Please help🙏🏼🙏🏼
@JessamaTutorials4 жыл бұрын
It means you had an air bubble. When you roll your beads make sure that it's tight and compacted so that there is no air trapped inside.
@lisangelinecruz63054 жыл бұрын
Jessama Tutorials I use the Sculpey Bead maker ... what do you mean by compacted and tight? Btw thank you for answering. 😊
@JessamaTutorials4 жыл бұрын
I mean the clay needs to be rolled tight together so that there are no air bubbles.

Good advice, seems so obvious when you explain it 🤦🏻♀️
