It was the same thing last year with the software for the Apple Ultra Watch…at least my next dive trip is not til January so hopefully they’ll get it to me by then

Is there already a software update available? Because at this moment in time, I’m finding myself all the way in Tahiti, but the housing is pretty much unusable… 😔 Even though it was a gift, pretty disappointed.

Is it possible to pair the Oceanic+ Dive Housing with 2 differents compatible IPhone (one X and one 15 Pro Max for example) ?

Thank you for your comment. It's important to note that only one Oceanic+ account can be logged into an iPhone at a time. Additionally, it's possible to pair one Dive Housing to different accounts. So, if you're using 2 completely different accounts, you can pair the Dive Housing to both. Please note that each iPhone needs its own Oceanic+ app account, and one account cannot be shared between two separate iPhones. Happy Diving

@@vickhokha lucky you, they seem to only be filling dive shop orders but not individual orders made from their website. Lesson learnt, last oceanic product i'm purchasing. Empty promises and poor customer service.
