00:19 it shows a USB-C to USB-C cable, however it's actually a USB-C to USB-A cable. Misleading. I was hoping to use it to connect to my USB-C headphones to the USB-C port on the vest but it's not possible.

I got mine a month ago, working just fine but i've noticed that it turns off randomly by itself when watching say video in my browsers. Idk what is causing this to happen. It doesn't affect gaming or music on spotify on my desktop. I got the vest edge too and it works flawlessly thru any means of entertainment on any browser whatsoever

Hi I was just wondering what was the best Bluetooth transmitter to buy. I use my Playstation 5 and play on my TV which is connected to my surround system. So guess what I'm asking is how would I be able to use my woojer while the sound is still playing off my soundbar which is connected to the ps5. Both my TV and ps5 hdmi is connected to my soundbar

In general, the Woojer can carry a microphone line if the headset is connected to it and if the Woojer is connected to the PC using a 3.5mm TRRS cable (like the one included with the Woojer) If you need further assistance with your setup, please reach out to our technical support via www.woojer.com/s and they'll be happy to help!
