My cat is pretty small and I can’t get her to use it :( I think she feels like it’s too small Update 12 days later: My cat is using it now. I guess it takes a while and some incentive to warm up to it. I recommend not plugging it in until they’re comfortable going in it

Will you add a video on how to clean it? The rotation system... I can see litter falling in between parts as cats enter and exit. Also by rotating, does it mean the inside walls will get dust from litter moving from one side to the other? Thanks

Is the Silicone litter cusion that you put the cat litter on scratch resistent? I have a cat that is very thorough when covering her wastes, but she scratches the bottom of a normal litter box, I just want to know if it's durable enough, that the cat scratching it won't tear it apart. Thanks

Hi Eva, we recommend choosing low-dust clumping litter with our litter box. If the wood litter you're using is clumping, low-dust, and can be efficiently filtered out with our regular mesh (under 0.8"*1.2") or mini mesh (under 0.4"*0.8"), it will work with our litter box.

Hi! Does the bag stays closed in between the cleanings or is it always opened when the drawer is inside? I thought it’s supposed to be closed but my unit keeps it open. Is this normal? Thank you!

Hi there, the automatic bag sealing feature is designed to close the bag when the waste drawer is pulled out, allowing for easy disposal of the waste. When the drawer is pushed back in, the bag automatically opens again. Additionally, you have the option to manually open the bag for convenient observation of your cat's waste when you pull out the drawer. This combination of automatic and manual opening ensures both ease of use and the ability to monitor your cat's litter box habits.

Hello. I have 2 of these units. Currently, one's indicator cloud is solid green, and the other's is solid white. Both units work fine. What's the difference? I couldn't find solid green nor solid white in the list of color functions. Also, I can't figure out how to accurately set the weights of my 4 cats. What Snow+ lists as the weights for my cats doesn't match what the vet lists as their weights. This frequently leaves "unknown cat" in the working records. I'll go into the cat's profile for the cat I think was the one using the box, but the weights listed change all the time. The only thing I can think of to do is set up cameras to see which cat uses each box when, but that seems illogical. Suggestions?

I'm interested in getting this, but one of my cats is a huge flinger of litter. How easy is it to clean under the ball? Seeing how it is designed and works I'm worried that any litter that gets under there will get into the gears that make the ball roll and break it.

I am considering your product as a self-cleaning litter box. But it looks really small. I have 3 cats they all like to share the same litter box 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ and the weight between 5.5kg - 6kg. Also they are quite big/large with long legs - Common European. Thanks.

For maximum comfort, we'd like to suggest measuring your kitties, we recommend using our litter box with cats under 25 inches in length(collar to the base of the tail) Hope this helps.
