Hi, i need your help... i just realized that my pdf and csv file folders within the export templates are not appearing after i have tried exporting my results, what could be the problem?

Karen, this video is a basic tutorial and overview. You may need to call SciAps directly to get that issue resolved. It sounds like you're having issue viewing the pdf and csv folders on your computer within the export folder, is that correct?

i Karen, Peter here from SciAps Africa. If you have followed all the steps correctly it is probably just a PC setting that is blocking you. You can try going to the "view" tab and select show, then select hidden items. That should sort it out.
