Love that plasma table aren't they supposed to have water in the bottom of your pan to keep the dust down all of them that I've ever seen they put water in it that one I don't know but love the video man I'm glad you getting things going love your mill and glad that you're getting everything put together love you videos keep them coming I'm learning a lot from them thanks 😊

yea your right it is supposed to have water or some sort of flued right now I'm just happy to start cutting ill eventually get around to adding that feature also like belgrademachine had told me to get an exhaust fan pretty good idea. man it's been a lot of work just to get here appreciate your comment I know at the beginning I said i wanted to show the process of installing the inverters but I've got so much going on it's hard. This is a pretty sweet setup. I bought the same table a while back and want to make that same Masso upgrade. What components did you get from Masso, just the touchscreen and the control board? Did you have to buy any relays or anything like that?

Great work. It looks to me like that table is watertight, so you can just fill it right up maybe have 5-10mm below the pieces you are cutting. Also you should adjust/remove your lead outs, you can easily run 3-5mm overcut instead. It will save you a lot on the consumables. :)

Thanks for the advice. man I've had some issues with the homing censors it kept crashing into them so i swapped them out for the masso now its working good. the issue now is in the post processor on the z-axis the gcode tells it to go G01 Z0.0000 F100.0 so it goes up to home then it comes down very slow F100 is way too slow so i changed that but i have to put in the post. right now i cant concentrate my son well it's a long story not for this forum im also retrofitting the mill waiting on the closed-loop steppers.

No they make it with Proma i put in the Masso also put in the Proma THC but now I'm having issues with the THC I'm thinking it's the g-code from bobcad I'm working on that now.

masso not put there software in with mill and router for plasma it all in one sign up for bata you can down load it it works better

not that simple buddy with the price of steel i need to dial in this machine don't want to mess up a say a 600 piece of 4x4x,25 inches that will be an expensive mistake but I have downloaded a bunch of wall art.
