I love that Chance has stated that he has good friends and good men around him. That's so important as a married man and man in general. I've heard men say they wouldn't introduced their men friends to their women friends because the men aren't solid. I love that Chance is willing to vouch for his friends and friendships, and that he's mindful of who's around him. To me, that says he requires accountability even in his friendships. ❤️❤️❤️

My hair started falling out and I’ve had to wear wigs. The struggle is learning to come face to face with our shadow side, and the ways our perceived intentions don't change our actions. I gotta start doing more of the vegan recipes of dealing with thyroid issues for 30 years now had breast cancer surgery in 2021 and it seems like my body just hasn’t been right since so I need to get onto the road 1:31 of feeling better, physically and mentally and I need to get better eating habits😊

A daily green drink goes a long way. I like to make a batch for the week, portion it and freeze, and place in the fridge the night before I'm ready to consume. My favorite is spinach, pineapple, cucumbers, green apple and lemon.
