I just got my Colop and is not working! It beeps twice and then a third weird beep. It doesn’t print even though it says is connected. Help! I have reset, clean head, and made sure the cartridge is i. place. I haven’t used it before. HELP!

It would have been informative if the visual and audio were synchronized but without it was useless.
