Loving these interviews with other 'Team Space' KZbinr's. Your news journalist experience and passion for all things space (and tech) shows in these interesting, entertaining and informative interviews, giving us background and a view of the 'off camera' personalities of our favourite KZbinr's... I hope you manage to find the same success as your guests and carry on feeling the same unbridled joy you felt watching your first launch well into the future... 🖤

Have you thought about buying an Insta360 1" and using it on a monopod. It would give you a bunch of shots to cut away to especially if there are others in the conversation in the background. Everybody was saying the 360 1" was a game changer as its output could be intercut with A & B camera footage. Go look at these channels Philip Bloom, Potato Jet & Jeven Dovey & maybe Stewart & Altna also Yuqing Guo is great for the subtle kernings that make production quality better You might want to also pick up a 3 footed Monster from Australia. Thanks for the behind the scenes of production videos. If you run out of crews to interview a sideways switch into the EV/Energy youtube creator community may prove very productive.

Sound You really need to look at subscribing to the Izotope Software As A Service production bundle at about $20 a month you get all their AI based software cleanup tools like RX10 etc Also Given you come from mainstream production you might like the review of the Sony F55 on CVP (4K 120 16bit Raw Global shutter)

I been thinking about KZbin creator OB vans because of watching Tramsport Evolved & thinking that that their is a crossover between the VanLife community & the KZbin content creator community. Both the Computer/Tech & VanLife community document their buildout of their backroom facilities If Transport Evolved documented the build out of a KZbin creator OB ban based on a Amazon Delivery van or a long wheel base Mercedes Sprinter electric van, if designed cleverly you could have a 24 hour production space with the option of being a 24 hour home! But built on having 100Kw+ of silky smooth main power rechargeable in 30 mins plus level 3 driver assist i.e. easy long distance interstate driving. These vans can even tow Vehicle mover sized trailers aka Mandalorian style Short throw projector or Green Screen fully rigged Studio Space! Yes thats a high capital startup cost but much, much lower day to day variable costs.

Saying just start a KZbin channel because no one will see your first videos expresses a level of able bodied privilege that its obviously hard for you to understand If I want equipment to shoot a video I have to go without food for days. When editing might take you a day it can take me 2 weeks. If you want an example of KZbin creator who has made a channel successful despite hidden disabilities look at Jeff Geerling I have been fighting for 10 years just to get well enough just to start a channel Right now I am fighting hard to stand up and walk across a room to reheat some food for a breakfast that I have been trying to make for 6 hours. And I know that even when I manage to get to the point when I start its going to be years of paying my dues or as so eloquently ACDC put it youtu. be/eQluGs2SFRs

I forget is he in Davenport? If It is the place I am thinking there is a river and a bridge. It may be Keokuk I am thinking of years ago it was sketchy. Some of the bridges (story for another time) Astronauts will be drawn from all parts of the USA through the programs that are being developed today - and will truly go where no one has gone before. Evidently not everyone wants to go - what is with that? Put me in coach.

Ellie: Awesome interview with Tim and Felix - both great SpaceTubers! I'm not exactly sure how I first stumbled across Tim and Everyday Astronaut, but I remember him asking questions of Elon Musk at a press event at the SpaceX factory in California, and shortly after at the Starship event in Boca Chica where after the official event, he did a longer interview of Elon. The really neat thing about that interview was watching how Elon responded to Tim. Not only did he make time for the interview, after it was over and he had removed his wireless microphone, he continued for some time afterward. It was obvious at the time that Elon was impressed with Tim because he was asking intelligent questions instead of the usual dumb questions he gets from main-stream media. Pretty sure that is why Tim was able to get the long interviews and tour of Starbase with Elon. Hopefully you will find a time when you and Tim are able to get together for a more in-depth interview. Really enjoying your video work.

Tim got his subscribers with his personal house crashing with Elon Interviews, Felix almost as many fans, he focused the work spec events of SpaceX, these were key 🔑 to subscribers. Ellie could to, if beyond the other Elon products & promo, so far she presents solar, BOXABLE & Tesla cars, but they weren't as popular as work of SpaceX by their fans.

Hey Ellie, it just occurred to me that you should try to get an interview w Tom Mueller. He was one of the founders of SpaceX, and led development of the Merlin, Draco, and (i think) Raptor 1 engines. He recently left SpaceX to start Impulse Space, another New Space startup. I've never seen him interviewed on video, but he's potentially a super interesting guy. Some other options for you is to lookup the guy who started Masten Space, then also Armadillo Space, then Beal Space. You would like to interview Elon, but these ppl would be easier to get to and I havent seen any video interviews of any of them. Get on the arocket mailing list, look through their archives for the past 10+ years and you'll find all kinds of interesting ppl and topics to cover. Good Luck!
