4:15, he hits it on the head. This is true and it's a result of inner self discipline. Great video.

+Cyril Gittens The earliest for me was 4AM and it's just great experience. I wish I was able to do this every day because it is not easy to break bad habits like snacking, surfing internet etc.

Very interesting. I feel the peacefulness of the morning. I am working on making myself wake up early but when I do get up early, I accomplish much more & my entire day goes smoothly.

Good points all around, 3-5 am is lung time in Chinese medicine, it is a pure, light form of energy. I probably won't get there anytime soon but right now I am getting up earlier now. In Japan napping is encouraged because they think you're working hard.

this video actually has some scientific truth. waking up early is linked to an scientific term known as Grounding / Earthing. There is a documentary on youtube called....... 'Grounded produced by Steve Kroschel' Also search on youtube for 'Forks Over Knives'
@_thechosen8 жыл бұрын
+hyylo There are several videos with "Forks Over Knives". Which one exactly are you referring to?
@hyylo8 жыл бұрын
'forks over knives' is a movie about health. search google for forks over knives film. most of the searches on youtube show interviews about the film. you can watch the movie on netflix.
