Best bet is to take a few hundred cash for tables, and charge slots to the room; Use a card with category bonus, and is usually an extra %5 back for the entire trip...Again; All dependant on your ability to pay off the card every month...

On slots, charge to room at least half must be played at that slot, or they may lock your card for any cash in casino. ATM has higher fee, and Cash advance fee from your Cash Advance starts then,. most cards it is 18-25% FOR Cash. Casino fee is not cash advance.
