I think only way Lou uses this info is if he needs money AND he is pissed at Raq. He could slip and,for a discount, tell Early Tyler ...or worse Snaps and Pops

Famous could put 2 and 2 together and realize that Howard is Kanan's father and tell Lou Lou. Snaps and Pop also could realize that Howard is Kanan's father because Howard showed with Raq and Marvin when Ronnie fake kidnapped Kanan.

Exactly and remember that crew was still around with Lorenzo crew that held him down in prison I think in Book 2 Ghost when he had his coming home party but I also remember in OG Power Pancho told Kanan when Ruiz and his crew had a meeting and he said Kanan I heard of you shot my cousin back in the day and Kanan smiled and said you know accidents happen had me thinking.

Lou is everything BUT SOLID or devoted to his family & associates. He’s spoiled, unstable, takes no accountability, has no friends, abusive, is jealous of Raq & Marvin, as well as others outside their family (Crown, Jessica, Zisa). He stole his niece’s Jukebox’s music, then still failed to show up for her when she was being recognized. Lou is a sloppy drunk with with loose lips. Even sober, the recording studio was a flop. In rehab, grown crybaby Lou admitted he ain’t 💩 HE IS NOT SOLID - LOU IS WEAK & NEVER TO BE TRUSTED… That’s Why He Drinks, It’s His Reason To Be Himself.

I noticed a patern. Monae got Lorenzo locked up and took over the organization, Raq possibly got Deathcon locked up and took over. Tasha got Kanan locked up..... I know Ghost was in on it, but they strongly emphasize the fact that it was Tasha's doing. What if Kanan is Tariq's real father and Tasha put the twins on Ghost because Kanan became a threat to her? Idk, but if so, you would rewatch episodes and they will hit different
