Is there any convenient way to use this machine because the setting on the video is not working due load shedding time change.

Hi George. Press the set button until the temperature flashes, then adjust up or down with the up and down buttons

I do not use the timers, I set the max temperature to 65, and want the unit to stay on standby until the temperature has dropped by the mentioned 6 or 7 degree threshold, and then automatically start heating again. The problem with my unit is that it heats the water to 65, and then switches off. That means I have to manually start it every time. It used to do this until a week ago, and I don't know how to get it back to that mode. Any help?

@Christian10111, I ended up having to replace the control unit in the roof. Cost about R700, easy enough to install myself. Apparently a known issue. I suggest you phone Geyserwise and order a replacement, they deliver in about 2 to 3 days

Hi, I have a solar geyser and I'm not sure if i should set the timings and temperature. Are these timings for an electric geyser or for a solar

These timings are for the electric element only, you cant set timers for the solar its 100% based on the sun

What a useless video? Why not explain these temperature settings mean and how they work.

I am in SA. We have lots of 'load shedding'. It messes up any time settings. I want to set my geyser to heat to 55 when I want it. In other words OFF the rest of their time. None of these demo's show how to to this.....

Hi, click the red button that says power to switch the electric element on, and click it again to switch the electric element off, the lcd screen will show that the electric element is on. This button is not power to the controller unit but power to the geyser element

Hi, we have a solar system and my son fiddled with the machine on the wall yesterday. The green spanner keeps flashing when it reaches 51°, we don't use electricity to heat up water only the sun power. How do I cancel the green spanner (pump indicator) from flashing. Thank you.
