In some teachings, we need sleep after downloads, its just a term we use. Its more that you have changed and your able to access more information now, which does also require sleep to intergrade. Some information is shared into you, some is just and only accessed with your energy, Keep going. Your ok, just obey your bodies signs, if you need 16 hours sleep, you do this... integration takes time. Its normal for those somewhat new on the path to experience this, if your not like, less then 5 years new. Maybe your depleting, meditate more, breath work, Prana Yama Breath, Chakra Tone Chanting... they both build lots of energy, Yoga can, but mostly breath work meditations. Prana Yama is amazing stuff. Indian.... Eastern..... lovely.

These messages were bringing me so much peace over the last month. I was so upset after watching one about world finances. Rather than resonating, my intuition screamed NO…something is wrong here. The look in the…what are they called…Avatars? He looked threatening. There was a US flag in the background. Why? It referenced Elon. Why? It spoke of bitcoin? Blockchain? The sovereign? It sounded more like an ad. I looked into the GFL station for answers. Honestly hoping for some rationalization. It suggested that there are people that write and edit “scripts”. And, although I’m aware many stations use the statements…for entertainment purposes only. I just was not thinking that those channeling the High Council would need the butt coverage of such a statement.
