Dear viewers, i would like to inform few things about GFRG panels. This panels doesn't have good strength, can be braked easily. Cost is same as conventional method. Instead of this you can go with concrete technology for construction at 1450rs per sft.

True. I was fooled by a builder in Chennai.. Only benefit is it is reusable material from fertilizer industry.. 1. Panel is available only from FRBL as big wall panels. Repair work is impossible. 2. For installing panel, you need big cranes and lifting jack.. it is not cheap and easily available. 3. It uses alot of chemicals in joints, which destroys the idea of green building. 4. The cost of construction is same as any brick builder.. I wasted my money and time.

All, GFRG is not good for home construction. In Jan 2018, to construct my dream home.. I searched for green building idea. Like all of us, I landed for gfrg. To know more abt this tech, I visited FRBL, Kochi, IIT, Tirupati and many other building in Kerala. After I got convinced, I started my construction work with a builder from Chennai. After basement work, builder gave a list of requirements like cost of crane charges, structure to hold panels at site, chemicals for wall panel joint fixing and waterproofing.. Only then, I realised that grfg is bogus. It doesn't work in India. Pros Only benefit of gfrg is it is reusable material from fertilizer industry.. Cons 1. Panel is available only from FRBL as big wall panels. Repair work is impossible. 2. For installing panel, you need big cranes and lifting jack.. it is not cheap and easily available. 3. It uses alot of chemicals in joints, which destroys the idea of green building. 4. The cost of construction is same as any brick building. I wasted my money and time. Plz avoid this tech. It is only suitable for construction of cardboard houses constructed by government for poor people.

Also, silent on concealed electrical wiring, switch junctions, electrical fittingd,plumbing, fixing wash basins,toilet assembly,loft fixing, Window& door fixing, kitchen platform etc. Besidesthey are silent on cost and comparison with std work Construction. They only stress on time factor & project it as attractive. I have a plan togofor a Construction with 12' ceiling, roof light fixing. But nobody commits. They only tell the same points, but not committing further.
