The next title track is Fingertip - this is the first experiment, and you need to prepare for it. For example, you need to know this fact - Eunha and SinB have the same real name Eunbi 은비, because of this, they are often projected onto each other in videos as an older and younger version. When creating the group, they divided their real names into syllables, Eunha took the first syllable 은 and formed the stage name 은하 (Galaxy), SinB got the second syllable 비 and she formed the stage name 신비 (Mystery). By the way, they knew each other at the age of 9-10 years old, danced in the same group (photos have been preserved in which Eunha is even taller than SinB), but in the group GFriend they met by chance. SinB was upset at first that there would be another Eunbi in the group, but when she found out WHO was THIS another Eunbi, everything changed. Yuju has 2 videos uploaded from her trainee days pre debut. Yuju Training will find them both. It is hard to believe she is only 17 then. She also has her own KZbin channel from when she was just a schoolgirl dreaming of being an idol one day. She has two videos only on it with one a cover of Let It Go. She had only recently turned 16 when singing these in her bedroom. They show her raw talent which has become even more polished over the years. They are well worth watching and reacting to as you will be very impressed I am sure. Her bedroom video has 1.3 million views!

"Is it already over?" Yes, "Navillera" is such a high-energy banger that time just flies when you listen to it. BTW, supposedly "Navillera" means "beauty like a butterfly" in old Korean language. Don't blame you for take notice of Yuju's belt. Her high notes are something that demands attention. I am sure you will get to know their faces in time. You are also quite on point about Gfriend sound. It's very specific to the group in Kpop. "Navillera" is probably the title track with the most prominent rock elements. Sowon is actually very easy to identify since she is noticeably the tallest girl in the group. Yuju, as the main vocal, will be drilled into your memory in no time. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that every comeback, GFriend did choreographies for at least two songs, which they performed on stage and their b-sides are no worse than the title tracks, and sometimes even better. So together with Glass Bead was the song White (there is even an official dance practice), with Me Gustas Tu there was the song One, with Rough there was the song Luv Star, with Navillera there was the song Gone with the Wind (at one time they even wanted to make it the title song), together with Fingertip came out Hear the Wind Sing. And these are only songs with choreographies, but there are also ballads from these albums with which they also performed on stage. All these stage performances in a huge number of versions are on KZbin.

Nabi (나비) this is from Korean - butterfly, also called VIVIZ fandom, stylized as Na.V) In Korean, the song is called 너 그리고 나 (pronounced as - neo keurigo na 4:42) literally - You and I. An interesting point, 그리고 is one of three options for writing the preposition AND, at the same time this is the most politically correct option, not common and not friendly one. In the video, the girls fold their palms in the shape of a butterfly 0:54 many times 7:52 10:30, this is a symbol of the flight of feelings from the soul (heart) from one person to another, this is not necessarily love, it can also be friendship and support. In the future, the blue butterfly will appear everywhere in GFriend videos and will even become one of the most recognizable symbols of GFriend.

Yeah there's no official dance practice video for this song and also for 'Summer rain'. That's why in your prev gfriend video, i suggested to watch the mirrored choreo version. But yeah this unofficial dance practice is also cool :D

12:52 You identified absolutely everyone correctly. I would like to note that 6 girls form 15 strong couples. For example, Sowon and Yuju are Tallest (173 and 170 cm, respectively). Eunha and Umji are Smallest (163 and 165 cm respectively), etc. The three strongest couples are WonHa (Sowon + Eunha), SinRin (Yerin + SinB) and Yumji (Umji + Yuju) - in fact, this is the order in which they usually stand in photographs: Sowon, Eunha, Yerin, SinB, Umji, Yuju. At VIVIZ has just (beginning of June 2024) begun a world concert tour; at the first concert in Seoul, among the invited spectators were: Sowon, Yerin and Yuju, who were shown by cameramen and they even danced to the song Maniac. 1:45 Interesting fact, Eunha actually joined to the group last, but I don't think that's what this moment means. More likely exactly what you described. A couple more interesting facts: 5:56 Navillera became the first MV where Umji appeared without bangs (after being bullied by some fans), and after that she rarely returned to bangs. 6:06 SinB wipes 14 cups, exactly the same number that Navillera later won at music shows.

Loved your reaction as always to GFriend. I love that they make you happy when you watch them just like they have always done for me. I must have read your mind as I was thinking that maybe r it is time for you to watch a guide to them and then you mentioned it yourself right at the end of the video. The best two guides are a subpar guide to GFriend (badly named as it is really good) and a Guide to GFriend 2020. They are both very informative and funny and I highly recommend them both. You will feel that you know the members much better once you have watched one or both of them.

As for gfriend guide video, i'd say that i prefer 'a guide to gfriend: 2020', uploaded by M. It's more informative and features more clips of the members singing.
