The MV "Season of Memories" is connected to their previous MVs as well, even the choreography, that's why it feels so nostalgic for fans. Their MVs have their own GFRIENDverse, connected to each other, we can even connect the story to their songs and choreography. The main plot is about friendship, a group of girls who grow up in a mysterious universe and they have to deal with things like envy, loss, etc. As there are many theories for the lore, if somehow you want to dig deeper to their MVs later, as start just don't think too deep at first and simply enjoy the MVs while also having fun finding the simple connections like "oh the butterfly appears again", etc. Butterfly appears a lot in their MVs anyway...and glass bead ofc.

The English title for this song is 'Season of Memories', the literal translation for the Korean title is 'In Our Affectionate Season'.

Actually gfriend have their own lore so you have to watch their mv from debut to kinda understand the story bcs each mv have story that connected each other, the blue butterfly isn't something new on gfriend it's been around for a while. anyway thanks for the reaction ❤

This is vintage Gfriend - upbeat, bright yet sentimental with a lingering sense of nostalgia.
