Back in the 90s, my dad hurt his back on the job.Working for a utility company as one thing led to another he Had to apply for disability on three Occasions and had to Sue the insurance company and his workplace in order to get it. When the representative was questioned in court, they reveal that it is common practice, No matter how solid of a case you have to automatically deny anything, just to see if the client wouldn't refile.
