One of the things that I always liked about this as a villain song was that at the beginning of the song, Onceler genuinely doesn't see what he's doing as being a bad thing and the question of "How bad can I be?" The part with the uncle taking the money for charity just cracks me up. It’s just so random and I love how he winks like he just did the coolest thing ever even though he probably just took a couple cents and it wasn’t super obvious it was him. Also according to the credits his name is Uncle Ubb which was a character from Dr. Seuss’s ABCs.

It’s been said before but I couldn’t help but notice the tone of the song goes from “how bad can I be” as in “what am I doing that’s wrong” to the part at 2:33, where it’s now “let’s see how bad I can be”. Underrated writing, I think this film was ahead of its time In a lot of ways.
