look closely at 6:37. You can see Golovkin INTENTIONNALY let down his hands to allow wade to land some shots. He stands right in front of his opponent, doesn't attack, doesn't move his head, doesn't counter. He offers a window to wade to hit him, to "give him a chance" , as he said in the post itw with max kellerman. And you see no reaction on his face after he takes the punches. The man is a warrior. This explains something strange he said on a itw before his Lemieux fight. Max K, talking about Lemieux's power asks to G: "Why do you like tough fights so much? You know that means this guy (lemieux) is gonna hit you really hard? You like getting hit hard?" Golovkin replies: " Of course! Because this is fight, not game. Boxing is not game." If you understand that, you understand golovkin mentality. A man that doesn't want just to win a match, but to dominate another man by proving he's the bravest. He wants to be hit to show his opponent: look, here I am, I can take your best punches, and you cannot take mines, now you see why I am the best. That kind of man, even if one day, he has to face someone better than him , he will DIE on the ring rather than giving up. You could eventually break his body, but never such an iron forged fighting spirit.
