1) Leo had a huge life lead and could most likely win even if Debu bursts. Theres a next round if Debu loses that round, using the 50% tension that couldnt be carried to next round for a chance just in case to take Debu's burst that would be carried to next round is a pretty good deal. 2) Leo's burst gauge wasn't full, by RCing, he has more time to build up a bit more burst gauge before killing to enter the next round
