The Heavy Mob Cemetary is probably one of the most underrated overdrives only because it does not break the wall, when it is together with Chipp that does not break the wall either, they serve more than anything to "execute the rival" as this sol did here 7:48

Besides, all you gotta do is give Eddie a little tap and zato will be stuck on a wheelchair for the next few seconds. If you really think he's that stupidly good, go play as him and see how many matches you can win in floor 10 or celestial, I'm sure you'll see why he's in the lower ends of every single decent tier list out there
