Played for a while and damn, while he is quite difficult with his timings, beating experienced Ky player because I parried his super, pretty much sold me on the martial dancer. Funniest thing is I main Bed. I guess Baiken is next.

I'm not sure how to get the info out proper but after some nerfs 236S no longer launches just in neutral so those combos don't seem to work anymore and 6H is no longer special cancelable! At 16:00, I don't get how you manage to hit that many j.Ds. After the BRC it seems I can only do j.D > jc j.D > Finisher. What's the trick ? 😅 Awesome video by the way ! So useful, and with a clean edit. One of the best I've seen !

You need to figure out the timing of when you can cancel j.D into another j.D without jumping. Too early and it goes into the finisher, too late and they drop out of the combo. Once you got that down, you should be good to go!

Is there actually any benefit to Anji ending his combos with that kara cancelled nagiha you keep doing? Wouldnt it be better to end it off with a Fujin into rin? Either way, its looks cool.

Rin wallsplat rin into rin wallbreak is technically possible, but the timing is very difficult. Nagiha is much easier, and the slightly less damage is undetectable after a full wallbreak combo.

@@SenjoyOfficial Fuujin Rin is for damage, Nagiha Rin is for meter. They both have purpose, it's up to you to choose which one's more important

Question! Is there a reason as to why you generally prefer 2S instead of c.S/f.S when following a j.D far wallbounce? It's how I've been doing it this whole time and I never had a problem with it, but I'd love to know if it is worth it to change that about my combos

@@saph_fire 2S is more consistent depending on range, f.S has only 2 active frames so timing it is strict, and it also knocks the opponent away out of 5H or Fuujin range (sometimes). As for c.S, it also depends on range, if I'm close enough, I'll go for c.S, if not, 2S or 5K if they are really far.

You need to get used to the timing of when you land back on the ground, and then immediately dash forward

The timing is difficult but not character dependant. As for help, make sure Fuujin is fully charged, and that you time 5k after the hop (try not to mash it) Good luck!
