I’m impressed with the lock down cause most pots spam mega fist or heat knuckle out so it much have been the perfect trap if he doesn’t deflect . Tho I’ll admit because of his buffs this match up is heavily one sided

@acemaison2834 I mean, I'm not sure forward mega fist or heat knuckle in the scramble there would have done much. Do you mean instant blocking? Anyway, Potemkin is dumb and forces a ton of strong 50/50 scenarios, but Daimster still did well despite the score. Pot is very strong now, oppressive and frustrating because all you can say is, "Guess better next time, I suppose." But I can't call the match-up 1-sided at all, Jack-O has lots of tools to give potemkin trouble. She's better at fighting armor than most, in fact. However, in this case, she's up against the #1 potemkin, here

it has super armor only during active frames so yeah it's a bit redundant most of the time since if you were going to armor something, you probably would just have grabbed it anyway. In effect, the super armor only makes the grab 1 frame faster comparatively, because it will beat attacks landing on the same frame as the grab comes out. So yeah, it is pretty weak.

@@Hawsta pot is broken rn. he's a grappler that's supposed to "struggle" to get in and do his big damage and he has winning matchups vs most zoners and he has a super high wr in celestial. it's not unfair to say you don't like fighting a character that has almost zero weaknesses anymore.
