There's still one more round if bridget wins. SQ is not giving up the round. She's just planning for the next round ahead. In this case, Ram is pretty much trying to stay alive by being super passive as long as possible so the burst will build back from the positive bonus. At the same time, she's also passively waiting for bridget to approach with mistake so she can just focus on punishing bridget's mistakes. If Ram catches Bridget's mistake then it's pretty much over for Bridget unless she's willing to use her burst. If she got caught while approaching, Ram still has 50% meter for burst bait or can still use WA once to delay her burst. Even if she bursts out of Ram's combo successfully, it will put Bridget in a very disadvantageous situation where she will have about the same amount of meter and health left but has no burst meter while Ram has pretty much full burst meter. Bridget is pretty much trying very hard to take the round as soon as she can so Ram won't gain too much burst meter from the positive bonus in order to make the next round start easier. In short, none of them is giving up. They are just having that typical fighting game mindgame going on based on how advantageous each of them is at that moment. You'll see this quite a lot in season 3 matches as burst meter is super powerful and scary with Wild Assault being introduced. A lot of player will wall break with WA and choose to stay "aggressively-passive" from time to time just so they can have more burst meter in the next round.
