So it’s not okay for Carly to lose her family but okay for Jason to lose his!!! Where are his priorities??? Jason has been protecting ppl since and putting others first since over a decade.. Never once putting his life or his family first !!!! Sam and Jason has been through hell and back and for them to be at odds because Jason can’t pick His own family his own sons it’s beyond tragic ..

At the time I think believed he already lost his family since sam and him broke up and she move on with Dante. Didn't he marry Carly too.?

Sam and Jason were long over before jason "died" in 2021. She dumped him and moved on with Dante. I hope Jason tells Sam to never speak to him again unless it involves their son. She had no business telling Carly anything.

I think everyone is forgetting the promise Jason made Sam once they got engaged and they got married. He promised her that from now on she was going to come first in his life. Jason and Carly in front of Sam had a conversation about that and Carly got mad because she was not going to be Jason's number one anymore. Sam believed him because Jason had always been a man of his word. However, when everyone thought that Sam was raped by Franco, Jason failed Sam because instead of being there for her like he promised, he was more concerned about his ego and his need for vengeance. He never thought for one second about her trauma and about her dream of being a mom. It was all about his needs. Nevermind that the baby was switched at birth by Heather. Who if we all remember she is Jason's relative. I know he helped to save the baby. Perfect! Then he went on again, after the ordeal and promised Sam that his family was going to be the priority. But yet again, it was not. Later on, in 2017 when he came back and they finally got together he again made the same promise to Sam and Danny. Then the whole Shiloh thing happened. If he is all about sacrificing himself for the people he loves why didn't he take the blame for Shiloh's death and offered to go to jail instead of Sam. I am sure the prosecutor would have loved the exchange. But no, because through the years we have seen his inconsistency. Jason more often than not says one thing and does another depending on what is more convenient for him and for the only people he is truly loyal to which are Sonny, Carly and Michael. For instance, he has no reason whatsoever to have an attitude towards his brother and yet he does. And because is Jason all the fans are extremely forgiving with the character's contradictions and everyone else is at fault because the almighty Jason can never do anything wrong or made a mistake. God forbid that Sam's anger may be justified because of all the broken promises, all the inconsistencies and the same old song, that Carly's kids come first. And God forbid that Sam gets angry and starts questioning Jason's actions when she says what about our kid, your children, what is it? They don't matter because they have to come after Carly's kids, Sonny and Michael. Let's not forget that Sam was really supportive to Jason when they were together but when it was Jason's time to show his support he bailed. He was nowhere to be found, her husband pushed her away. Nevermind, that she supported him when he decided to send himself to jail to protect Michael and during the whole Claudia ordeal. But as fans of Jason of course, everything is Sam's fault. Nothing is ever Jason or Carly's fault. Nevermind, that when Michael got shot Carly did everything to separate her kids from Sonny and Jason was supportive of Carly. She even tried to make Jax adopt Morgan. Furthermore, Carly changed Morgan's last name and sent him to an out of state school without saying anything to Sonny and Jason supported Carly. Back then Carly's reasoning was that she was doing all of that to keep Morgan safe. So now, Sam is only asking for a little distance from Jason and she is insane and disloyal. And she didn't have the right to mention Morgan's death. However, a lot of people forget that Jason and Danny were close when a bomb went off. They were hanging out. The fact is that what Jason is doing is dangerous and little distance is not a bad idea. Especially for a kid like Danny who is drawn to danger. Also, we can't forget that it was Danny that complained to his Mom about his Dad's absences at school's activities and extra curricular activities. That is the reason why Sam felt she needed to break up with Jason. This time around his broken word and promise was hurting their son. It was Jason's actions that were doing all the emotional damage. I don't know about any of you but for any Mom that is unacceptable. I invite all of you, Jason, Sonny, Carly and Michael's fans to ask yourselves, when, through all the time that Sam was with Jason she was not all in and supportive of them. Even Michael was raped, it was Sam that helped him overcome his insecurities by introducing him to his then girlfriend. But hey, what do I know, I just remember GH history and don't try to reinvent it. That's all folks!

Great acting but horrible writing! At least Donna could see Carly. Jake and Danny thought Jason was dead! Horrible just horrible writing!

But think about this. I’m guessing that must be the reason she wasn’t pissed with Carly and Drew when he sacrificed his freedom for Carly but even if Jason were to go to jail for Carly Sam would still be mad because it’s Jason. So to me once it has anything to do with Carly that Jason is doing something for Sam will always get a problem
