Of course Hutch was envious and jealous and I too think , Hutch wanted Laura for himself he once said Laura reminded him of his wife. Oh now I remember Hutch told Bobbie once when he had tO go into the hospital at GH when he got shot and Bobbie was his nurse. Hutch said to Bobbie was hat Laura reminded hie of his wife but Laura was not a tramp like his wife was. But people have no fear. Laura always loved her Luke no matter what happen’s. Love. Rosie

See you see I thought so to. Yet, yet again I felt that ay about some of the other women that Luke went with Later on. Ok Holly, Connie, Emma, oh wow Anna, Felicia and others, Even if you can stop and do some rain storming that even the evil Helena Cassadine was too. I mean hello look what Meekos did to her always leavening and his cheating ...and he got another woman pregnant also. So she wanted that kind of love all to herself... Plus not to mention. .. old dear Tracy. Old ,scheming and height handed not to say very greedy. I mean Tracy tried to knock off her own Father to boot. She said that she loved her Father... Ohoh second body. They are adding up. I actually liked Hutch even back then when I didn't know if he'd turn out okay. Besides, it added to the suspense every day. You had no idea how this would all turn out because there were no spoilers. It was the best.

You are probably correct. I wasn’t quite sure what Hutch meant. Woodstock was in 1969 and folks loaded up vans and traveled there, and made cross country trips together, so two guys and a girl should not have been a problem. Perhaps the writers were very square. 😃

Look I can never be happy over Luke and Tracy . Never but the dumb writers really don’t give a damn one way or the other. IMHO that is where they lost me. Not only lost me... but a lot of other GH fans too. I for one will never watch Luke and Tracy I just wont waste my precious time on this sad Union.First it’s phony forced so fake not to mention cold dark .....and down right sad. It don’t work and you can’t FIX what was already broken.. JMHO. Rosie out.

He never thought he was good enough for Laura.I think that is why he settled for Tracy.He lost Laura twice to her mental illness,and he couldn't do anything to help her.I don't think he could have lost her again!He lost his humanity when he wasn't with Laura and became an alcoholic and a sad lost soul.Tracy was a drinking partner and was rich.Luke always was worried about money.I don't think he ever stopped loving Laura!! She was his life and would always be!!!A love like their's doesn't just disappear!

He is tremendously vulnerable where Laura is concerned. He is a very strong person in many ways but she is his biggest weakness.

Weird right.. I mean he is, has only ever been, if you ask me... insecure about one thing.... Laura... right??? But that is how letting her walk away in Nov. could work if they really wanted it too... he never thought he was good enough for her.. he blames himself for her psycho-motor disassociation... he may think he was doing her a favor by letting her go... IMHO... not that they will play it that way.. but it could fit.

The sad part is that Scott killed Rick,and as far as I know it never came out,so Laura would still think she did it!What makes it worse I heard she remarried Scott!How LuLu let that happen is beyond me because she was supposed to be the one that figured it out..

@@janetmyles8764 It did come out, because just before Laura was to marry Scotty, they came to see Leslie and she shouted at him a reason for not marrying Laura, say "because you killed my husband". The funny thing is that Laura quickly defends Scotty saying is was a misunderstanding. And Leslie forgives him. Go figure. Its on You Tube.

I guess. I agree that it is symbolic to them that Laura has given up her attachment to her marriage vows. Obviously Scotty wasn't much of a person for a long time. Even when Laura kept claiming, I love my husband! And the husband was such a stuffy prig. Scotty needed to be single and concentrate on his new law career.

No. But your husband brutalizing you and telling you you mean nothing and calls you a tramp - does. He threw her away then and there. She's free. It's just her own idealism that's holding her back , and Scott doesn't deserve it. Divorce is a piece of paper. The real break is when they throw you away. There is no bond left with Scott.
