Melissa I mean That a lot of Lukes’s actions in this storytelling comes perilously close to mental and emotional abuse. His actions if portrayed today would draw intense criticism. I am not one to cry abuse lightly, but i have been very close to a victim of emotional abuse and Luke exhibits all of the igns. Not all the time, but enough. I am not saying Luke doesn’t love Laura, but at times he treats her abominably.

@@beegee1960 Luke obviously tilted on physical abuse, which they've acknowledge. It is hard to agree or disagree on the issue of emotional and mental abuse without an example. I'm not discounting your experience, it is just hard to make an assessment.

Just so you know... we are having a SEVERE thunder storm.. I am using a laptop, so juts unplugged it.. but am running a few hard drives, with the converted video, off of the usb ports and we go through the batteries quickly.. I may have to shut down early if I start running low on power!

Scotty may seem like he is back to the old Scott but he isn't. You can tell by the look on his face. :) The old Scott is not there and he will never be and I'm glad. :) Cus Kin Shriner is way to good of an actor to have a character be all goodie goodie. :)

There's no way Luke would treat Laura this way or not trust her about the paper. All he has wanted for almost 3!!! Years is to be with her and be married as well. They've been married for 3 weeks and just went on their honeymoon and now he's hitting her with newspapers and doesn't trust her at all? He may be insecure a bit and a little concerned about her getting a job, but I don't buy thIs BS s/l at all. I think the producers are trying to prepare the audience for Laura's departure by causing problems between LnL so somehow we'll accept It more and they won't lose viewers and ratings when GF goes. To borrow a phrase from that time period, FAT CHANCE!!

He was never a bully he always had a heart ❤I love you Luke and I never did like Scotty how soon we forget how Scotty treated Laura at least Luke made her grow up and to be strong ❤
