Robins reasoning, it does make sense. because if you fall down the steps and pass out because the house is on fire, and then when you wake up the person who hates you and wants you dead is standing over you, why wouldn’t you thought they started the fire? then they basically show up as a hero to make themselves look good seems, part of Lisa’s MO it makes sense.. And of course what the heck Lisa just randomly drove down the street

The water was for Lisa. Lisa was coughing. Apparently Lisa was too concerned about Emma, to think about taking water for herself. Looks like the writers wanted to portray that.
