@SuperAap8 - You can play left handed drums. You just have to search for the option called 'Lefty mode'. Every GH and RB game has it incorporated.

Anyone can, it's called a cover, you can do what you want with it. This is actually more difficult as you have to look at what you need to hit, then hit it. It's much different than playing anything by ear on a real kit.
